Are you passionate about helping children and families connect with faith, community and church life?

All Saints’ Church, Newtown is seeking a creative, enthusiastic and committed Children & Families Engagement Worker to help grow and develop our ministry with children and families. This is an exciting opportunity to build on existing work, develop new outreach initiatives, strengthen links with local schools and community groups, and support children and families as they explore and grow in faith.

Working closely with the Mission Hub Leader, volunteers and the wider church team, you will lead and develop our Small Saints programme, support family engagement, encourage participation in church life, and help create meaningful connections between the church and the wider community.

We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, experience of working with children and families, a heart for outreach and discipleship, and a desire to see people of all ages flourish.
